Æbleskiver
(pronounced roughly EH-bul-skee-vers) are traditional Danish pancake treats
They are made by cooking a traditional batter using a special pan with round, half sphere holes. As they cook, we use a knitting needle to turn them. Can be served with Strawberries and Whip Cream, or with syrup.
